For custom-sized products, we rely on the measurements you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that all measurements are accurate. MBORMC is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Payment is required before production begins. We accept payment via:

• Alibaba Trade Assurance
• Other payment methods as agreed upon

Payment processing fees and currency conversion charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

4.3 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgment that we have received your request. Order acceptance occurs when we send a formal order acknowledgment or invoice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process. Please refer to our Shipping Information for more details.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Quotes are provided before order confirmation.
• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide necessary documentation for customs clearance.

6. Returns and Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction. Our return policy is as follows:

• Quality issues: If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or quality issues, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Sizing errors (our fault): If we produce a custom screen that does not match the measurements you provided, we will remake or refund at no additional cost.
• Customer measurement errors: If you provide incorrect measurements, we will work with you to find a solution. Additional charges may apply for remaking.
• Change of mind: We do not accept returns for custom-made products due to change of mind or buyer's remorse, as items are produced to your specific specifications.
